Becoming a volunteer at Le Grand Complet,

Dear volunteers,

As you have probably read, the FEI has announced the cancellation of the 2021 European championships for the Olympic disciplines due to the postponement of the Olympic Games, and in particular the European Eventing Championships that were awarded to us will not take place in 2021.

Yet we were proud to live with you all this beautiful adventure!

Ustica is an association, a family, a soul, the very essence of our success for 25 years now thanks to you. We fought to get these championships and we have already proposed to the FEI our candidacy for the 2023 European Championships so that it is only a hand-off.

For the 2020 edition of the Grand Complet, we are closely monitoring government announcements to find out under what conditions we can all meet together this year. For volunteers who have registered for this edition, our files are up to date and you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Le Grand Complet is organized by a team of over-motivated volunteers and its success relies on more than 200 volunteers of all ages and backgrounds.

  • At the show jumping: pick up the poles, participate in the change of course with the course designer, …
  • At the Cross country: fence judge, pedestrian crossing safety, collecting the judges’ fences sheets…
  • On display: display results, times schedules and other information at different information points
