Because we enjoy seeing you happy at our show, but also because we think we all need to better drink and eat, and to preserve our planet, Le Grand Complet has decided to entrust the catering to a new company from Normandy, certified for producing organic food.
BIOTERRE – this is its name – will cook for everyone at the show, volunteers as well as riders, grooms, owners, judges and spectators. You’ll be able to have lunch or dinner at the panoramic restaurant and eat organic fantastic organic meals. François & Sabrina, founders of Bioterre, will offer you various plates cooked with local products mostly from Normandy. It will be the case for example with the pork of Bayeux, a very local and typical Norman breed produced by The Small Farm of Sam & Alex, based few kilometers from the show.
