In order to promote Normandy and its wealth, Le Grand Complet wishes each year to associate Norman know-how with its event by inviting producers and craftsmen to exhibit and market their products in parallel with the competition.

Activity : artisanal biscuit and chocolate factory.
Products :puff pastry appetizers, Norman shortbread, financiers, Calvados chocolates, etc.
→ David Rebours, artisan pastry chef, has teamed up with his parents to offer 100% artisanal products. Their specialty: chocolate with Calvados, which they are the only ones to make! A must when you come to the Grand Complet !

Au RUCHER COUVERT

Activity : beekeeping.
Products : royal jelly, honey.

→ Passion took hold of Patrick Favrie from the age of 16. Since then, he has continued to develop his know-how. He is now a professional beekeeper and belongs to the French Royal Jelly Producers Group.

VERGERS DE LA MORINIERE

Activity : production of cider, pommeau and calvados.
Products : farm and organic cider, perry, vinegar
, liqueurs, etc.
→ Harvesting producers for 5 generations, the Huberts do honor to the Normandy terroir. They exploit 50ha of orchards dotted with 45 varieties of bittersweet to bitter apples to give birth to magnificent products including an AOC pommel and a beautiful Pays d’Auge AOP cider !

SPIRULINE DU PAYS D’AUGE

Activité :spirulina production.
Produits : Aquaculture farm with production of French artisanal spirulina, located in the heart of a small village in the south of the Pays d’Auge in Normandy. Stéphanie Herbinière, a nurse by training, decided one day to take a turn in her professional career by embarking on an innovative profession, the production of spirulina. This microalgae, known for its many virtues, is grown in greenhouses in basins heated using renewable energy.
